DMCA Policy for Kitsap Flooring Directory

Kitsap Flooring Directory (“KFD”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Kitsap Flooring Directory in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site (including exact URL).

In accordance with the DMCA, KFD will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Counter-Notice:
If you believe that the content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. The counter-notice must contain the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Kitsap Flooring Directory may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of alleged infringing material or an agent of such person.
